At Sham Creations, we strive to deliver your luxury hampers with the utmost care and speed.

Delivery Locations: We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan.
Processing Time: Since many of our items (like Money Cakes and customized hampers) are handcrafted, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Estimated Delivery:
- Lahore: 1–2 business days.
- Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the hamper and your location. Free Shipping is available on orders above Rs. 10,000.
Festive Rush: During the Eid season, we recommend placing orders at least 7–10 days before the moon sighting to ensure timely delivery.

Due to the curated and personalized nature of our gift boxes, we have a specific return policy:

Damaged Items: If your hamper arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 323 5044558 within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the package. We will replace the damaged item or offer a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items: * Used or opened beauty products (Perfumes, Lipsticks, etc.).
- Perishable items (Cakes, Chocolates).
- Customized "Money Cakes" or "Money Bouquets."
- Personalized/Custom-made bundles.
Suit/Khussa Size Exchange: We offer a one-time size exchange for unworn suits and footwear within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 7 days.
